Naked 3 Palette by Urban Decay

The Naked 3 Palette was released last week by Urban Decay!  And it's just as fabulous as the Naked 2 and Naked 1.

If you don't know much about these eye shadows, allow me to fill you in on all the hype.  These specially designed palettes are made with well thought out, unique shades that offer incredible variety all in one place.

Right when you think that 8 or 10 shadows in one compact is convenient, Urban Decay goes ahead and makes this palette with a whopping 12 incredible shades.  This year's palette is mainly rose goldish tones and neutrals.

I love that the palette offers matte colors, slight shimmers and full out bling shades to dazzle.  I can use this palette for work, evenings out and even special events like weddings or holiday parties.  Look no further than these 12 shades for base shadows, highlighters, eye liner shades and even brow bone shades.

Urban Decay goes a step further and names each shadow with its own unique name.  I love that part, I think it makes the palette more fun.  So far my favorites are Liar, Mugshot and Limit.  I've been using Strange on my brow bone and the inner corners of my eyes.

There is a double ended brush included that is magical and works like no other brush I own.  One end is fluffy and perfect for applying all over color to the eye lid.  It's super soft and gentle.  It also works well in the crease for shadowing and highlighting.

The other end of the brush is a smaller, stiffer end that works well for detailing the eye or applying liner.  It also works perfectly to apply slight color to the inner or outer corners of the eye.

Overall this palette is such a smart and practical beauty product.  It makes sense for convenience and variety.  But more so, these colors are hard to find elsewhere and the texture is literally like butter.  It's such a treat to use this palette everyday!

You can pick up the Naked 3 at Sephora, Ulta or some Macy's.  It's retailed at $62 but Macy's sells it for $52.
