A great go-to lip gloss!

In the world of lip gloss, there are so many choices, it's actually overwhelming to walk thru the make up aisle at CVS because of all the choices staring at me.

There's high shine lip gloss, because everyone wants to have shiny, kissable lips.
And then there is sparkly, iridescent lip gloss
There is moisturizing lip gloss like Burt's Bees, and lip butters by NYX.
There are Wet n Wild lip glosses that catch my eye since they are so inexpensive.
Just a million and one choices and no clue where to start.

The other problem is that the applicator matters, and I can't see it until I actually purchase the lip gloss and open it up.  Some are disappointing!

Until now.  I think I have found the perfect lip gloss and can't wait to share it with you.

It's by Maybelline and it's called the Color Elixir.
I'm totally loving everything about this product.

To start, the color selection is awesome.  There are muted pinks and nudes, bright bubblegum pinks and vivid purples, and great everyday, "go with everything" shades.

The price point is equally as great.
They are $6.94 at Walmart, or 5 cents more at Target.

So here is a nice close up of the applicator tip.  It could be my favorite part of this lip gloss.  It's a tilted, angora brush, but I like to refer to it as more of a sponge.  It is the perfect width and size to pick up the color and deliver even, polished coverage all over the lips.

It's a balm infused formula, so not only is this lip gloss high shine and pigmented, but it's also moisturizing and feels good.
There is nothing dry or hard to wear about these lip glosses.
Actually, they act as a lipstick and gloss in one - great for on the go,
or to keep at the office or in the car.

Try them!
